A Typical Day

7:00 am – 9:00 am: Begin your day with tranquility, offering a selection from our coffee, tea, and broth bar, followed by meditation, sauna or steam sessions, movement classes, or a refreshing beach walk.

9:00 am – 11:30 am: Personalized educational experiences with our MTIH Retreat Leaders.

11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Delight in a nourishing brunch while participating in group educational sessions at the Villa.

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Light movement, Yoga, Meditation and Breathing Classes.

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Wellness education sessions.

4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Rest and indulge in personal self-care, including facilitators’ time.

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Savor a delicious dinner served at the Villa.

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Conclude your day with evening discussions, meditation, breathwork, or restorative movement sessions, fostering gratitude, rituals, and setting intentions for a fulfilling life.

9:00 pm: Retreat to your restful sleep for bedtime

Dr. Nasha pioneers the metabolic approach to cancer, leading training for physicians and advocacy for non-physicians, on a mission to enlighten and push medical boundaries.

Dr. Ahmed Elsakka, MD

Dr. Ahmed Elsakka, MTIH Director of Research, specializes in Clinical and Cancer Metabolism, and Clinical Applied Biochemistry.

Cindy, an Executive and Entrepreneur, is committed to empowering individuals and future generations with the tools they need for a healthy and fulfilling future

Janet Ottersberg, OT

Janet Ottersberg, a pioneer in the Terrain approach, collaborates with Dr. Nasha Winters to globally educate on health improvement. As a life wellness coach and Occupational Therapist, she integrates these teachings into her work, adding a unique, integrative perspective to the metabolic approach to cancer.

Alex Sanchez

Alex Sanchez, Program Manager at MTIH Education Department, brings extensive health industry experience. Dedicated to promoting long, healthy lives, she collaborates with physicians and terrain advocates, educating them on a terrain-based approach to cancer patients’ journeys.
