THE STORY
For over a century cancer treatment has made moderate advancements in cancer outcomes and quality of life. That is because we stopped asking what had gone wrong, why did cancer take root in the first place. Today two people can have the exact same type of cancer but two completely different reasons for getting it. That is because everything about those two people is different. Their genetics, hormone balance, immune function, what they are exposed too, how they handle stress and what they eat... Yet in a protocol driven approach, their cancer treatment is the same.
The Metabolic Approach Focuses on The “Why”
-
What caused the cancer to grow
-
What about this person is sick
-
It’s a truly individualized approach
-
Focusing on specific therapies (at the right dose, order and duration)
-
Addressing the “Why”, “What” and “How”
-
Ultimately improving the quality of life
-
Reducing mortality rates
TESTIMONIALS
In 2020, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I was looking for deeper understanding as to the 'why' rather than the 'let's throw whatever we can at this' approach. The Metabolic Approach to Cancer has provided that and more! I am the captain of my ship and I am fully empowered for my lifetime! I was actively cancering when I made the switch and I was afraid that I might be too 'far gone' from the effects of Standard Of Care treatment. But I knew that this was what I had to do and what made most sense to me. I am in control of my journey completely. I decide the extent to which I embrace this journey and that's a powerful feeling. I feel fantastic physically, and emotionally I am far less fearful about living with cancer.

Triple Negative Breast Cancer
In 2019, I was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Thanks to the Metabolic Approach to Cancer, my quality of life was better than it would have been with standard of care treatment. I was able to raise my kids as a "normal mom" and be a part of their everyday lives. I'll never forget when my daughter was a freshman in high school and had just learned about chemo in school. She burst into tears when we gave her the news of my diagnosis. With the Terrain Based Approach, we were able to let our kids know that I was doing something different and it was going to be OK. I had to get over being different than everyone else while eating out, diligent about my sleep hygiene, and learning to arrange my life around what was most important: my healing and my family. Now it just seems natural to me and I'm proud of my health and my journey.

Mantle Cell Lymphoma
In 2010, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which progressed to stage IV metastatic breast cancer with bone, liver and lung mets in 2019. I became aware of Nasha quite early after my diagnosis, but it took 18 months to realize that a completely alternative or off-label approach did not work. I also didn't know how I could get access to Nasha or a terrain trained Doctor since I am based in Europe, and it was in the midst of COVID. I knew it was not time for me to die and that I could live if I could just get the right support team, but I didn’t appreciate the changes I would need to make. What I have learned over the past year and continue to learn in the Terrain Advocate Program gives me faith that I can live a long and vibrant life with stage IV cancer. I have absolute faith in this approach.
