The Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health places the highest priority on creating transparency and accountability on corporate governance.  This includes, maintaining a robust conflict of interest policy that every board member and all personnel must renew annually; financial accountability through accounting oversight by a CPA firm; a firmly articulated whistleblower policy; and board oversight by our Chief Legal Officer and fractional Chief Financial Officer.
